Feeling a little dehydrated?

Are you feeling like you can get enough fluids in?  Here in sunny 110 degree Arizona, I get that way sometimes!

Try this for a healthy way to add more fluids and packed with potassium, vitamin A & C, and some calcium, iron, B-6, and magnesium.

Strawberry Watermelon Smoothie

Smoothie Recipe:

4-5 medium strawberries

about 8-1″ cubed chunks of watermelon

3/4 cup water (optional if you like it thinner)

Blend and enjoy!

Tip for kids!

Make a larger batch without water and pour into a freezer ice-pop try for a cool-refreshing, healthy snack without added sugar!
